Many do not believe in creation, so they do not think they have any covenant responsibility toward God but unbelief and denial of the covenant do not eliminate the convenant. Every human being remains inescapably in a covenant relationship with God. Everyone is either a covenant keeper or a covenant breaker. The vast majority of the human race exists in a state of covenant rebellion.
